Volunteer Opportunity

Help run the book fair - with a wide selection of Scholastic Books, Islamic & Arabic books/puzzles/board games/activities from My Kids HQ, and prayer mats and other unique products from Art Beat Creations USA.

Volunteer opportunities include set up, event day, as well as tear down needs

• Setup: setting up tables, setting books onto display, confirming inventory, and putting up signage (Friday prior)

• Event Days: signup for a 2 hour shift where you'll help check out parents/students and organizing the tables. We need to ensure that the books from Scholastic do not get mixed up with the Islamic Books. Please consider signing up for multiple shifts, and multiple days

• Tear Down: box up unsold inventory and remove signage (Monday after)

Support the book fair to inspire a love of reading, fuel young imaginations, and help our school provide more resources for every student to thrive. The bookfair is open 8am - 4pm.
